Ranging in size to accommodate a variety of situations, members are able to utilize the meeting space for 5 to 8 person team briefings and presentations, in our meeting rooms. These rooms are packed with floor to ceiling idea paint walls and ergonomic furniture to ensure maximum comfort.

Pricing is calculated on a per person basis. Students get discounted pricing. *Agreements to lease space as Settlers for 6 or more months, Payments can be made, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, in advance.
You can pay for your space using Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Wallets, NEFT.
What is a Co-working space?
Every business needs an address for all their visitors and deliveries. Use TAP as your own office address, to meet folks and have things delivered.
What does a Nomad Plan include?
The Nomad Plan includes access to all our amenities, with limitations only on how much you print/copy, and the stationery you receive. Nomads may sit at whichever workstation is free. In other words, there’s no going ‘You’re in my spot’ like Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory.
What does a Settler Plan include?
Settlers get access to all amenities with no limitations. In addition, Settlers also get a fixed workstation, a virtual address for all your deliveries, a name board out front for your business, unlimited free access to print, scan, copy facilities and stationery, a professional headshot for networking, and invites to weekend events and workshops. Settlers also get to use this address as their virtual office address.
Do you have a meeting room?
Yes, we do. Our modern space will provide fun and function allowing you to focus on what is important – your meeting and your guests.
We have 2 meeting rooms that range in size, accommodating groups from 4 to 6 people.
How do I book a meeting room?
You can call us to book your slot for a meeting room. At an affordable cost of 350/- per hour.
Can I quit in between the period I’ve signed up for?
We’d hate to see you go, but yes, you can. It’d be great if you could tell us if something isn’t working for you, and we’ll try to fix it.
Is it necessary that I start working only from the 1st of the month?
No, you can come in as you please. Your billing will be for the period you use our premises.
Do I get any added benefits if I refer friends?
Yes, you do! If you’re a Settler or a Nomad with a plan for 6 months or more, you’ll get a desk on us free for a month!
Can I extend my plan? If yes, what charges will be applicable to the new plan?
Sure you can! We’d be happy to have you with us. The charges on the new plan depend on the new duration you want to use the workspace for and you will be billed for that duration. For example, if you sign up to use the space for 3 months, but want to extend it for another 3 months, charges for the next 3 months will be calculated exclusive of the period you’ve already worked at The Affordable Place.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Yes, you can. You won’t get a refund though, as your friend will be using what you’ve paid for.
Do I need to inform you when I intend to leave?
A little heads up would be nice, so we can let other people who would like to use the workspace know of its availability.
What are the amenities at The Affordable Place?
We’ve got high-speed internet, air-conditioning, print/scan/copy facilities, stationery, power backup, a projector, and a personal locker for you. We also provide tea, coffee, water, and home food on-delivery for lunch and dinner. Our pantry has a microwave, electric kettle, and a refrigerator.
Are parking facilities available?
We currently do not have this on the premises, We have a reserved space right in the front to park your vehicles outside should you need to.
Can I use the printer/scanner/copier?
Every member has access to these. Members having subscription over 6 months and above can print/copy up to 20 sheets a week for free. We’ll hand out free credits for members with a shorter subscription to use.
Can I have meals at my desk or is there a separate dining area?
You can munch in the pantry. You can also use the kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee, microwave to heat up your food. Give us your requirement to make the place more comfortable.
Can I bring my own furniture? Are there any additional charges if you arrange what I need?
Settlers, feel free to make your space truly yours. Bring your own furniture. If you want us to arrange something, let us know. Additional charges equal to the cost of the product will apply.
Is the internet connection provided WiFi or LAN?
We’ve got WiFi for everyone, and LAN for those who opt for a dedicated workspace.
Can I connect more than one device to your network?
Right now, we allow connecting only one device to the network. We’ll set up the connection on your device.
Can I organize events at TAP?
Yes, you can. Feel free to use the workspace on Sundays after office hours. Additional charges for hosting events will apply. Call us to check.
Can I attend events at TAP?
Of course! If you’re a Nomad, you’ll need to pay an event fee for attending it. Interested Settlers get a free pass on a first-come-first-serve basis on limited availability.
Can I advertise my business through your social media handles?
We’ll do posts for you – completely free! If you want to boost or promote your post, you’ll need to pay advertising charges as applicable on the social media networking site.
Can I advertise my business at events with flyers, brochures or standees?
Yes, you can. We want to see your business grow!
What are the payment options?
You can pay for your space using Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Wallets, NEFT.
What is the payment cycle?
Your payment cycle begins when you start using the workspace and ends when you stop. You will be billed in advance for the duration you want to use the space for.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs. Costs, as displayed on the plans and pricing page, are applicable. This is exclusive of a GST of 18%. Charges, as decided by caterers, will apply to home food on-delivery for lunch & dinner.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
The prices are exclusive of taxes. GST of 18% will be charged on all transactions.
Can I pay after using services?
No, you will need to pay in advance for using the workspace.
What are your cancellation and refund policy?
You may cancel your membership whenever you want. Refunds will be given only if the period you’ve signed up for is over 3 months, and you’ve used the workspace for at least 3 months. The refund will be only 50% of the amount on a pro-rata basis for the period you don’t use the workspace. It will be processed in one and a half months.
Are there special charges for using the meeting room? Are there any cancellation charges?
Yes. We charge ₹350 per hour for using the meeting room. This fee is non-refundable.
When will I receive my invoice?
We’ll mail you your invoice as soon as you pay to use the workspace. Save paper, save trees!
What are the operating hours?
We’re open through the week. Network with the community
Monday – Friday 10:00AM and 9:00PM
Saturday 10:00AM and 4:00PM
Sunday 10:00AM and 2:00PM
How many visitors can I have?
You can have up to 2 visitors in the waiting area. Should you need to accommodate more visitors, you can use the meeting room that’s available at the workspace. Do let the manager know in advance when you’ll need it.
What documents do I need to submit to verify my identity?
You will need to submit a copy of your Aadhaar card and your driving license to verify your identity. You will need to display the original when you submit these. If you’re a student, your Student ID can serve as the ID proof.
Can I book a space in advance?
Yes, you can call us and block a space in advance.
It’d be great if you could book a slot at least 3 days in advance, so we can accommodate you. In case you’d like to work at The Affordable Place on short notice, do call and check for availability, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What if you can’t accommodate me?
Not to worry, it’s most likely temporary. We’ll put you on our waitlist and give you a call as soon as a spot opens up for you.
Can I consume alcohol or smoke at the shared workspace?
Our clients are our responsibility, and we need to keep in mind that we work together in a shared workspace. Alcohol is to be avoided on the premises, and smoking inside the building is prohibited.
